During my recent family vacation, we stayed at Piccolo, a charming hotel that perfectly balances comfort and accessibility for families. The central location near the Puccini Museum made it easy to explore Lucca. Although the rooms are compact, they are well-maintained, featuring comfortable beds and inviting ceiling fans that kept us cool during warm days. What truly stood out was the hotel's approach to family experiences. The concierge recommended the Parco Avventura Sospeso nel Verde, an exhilarating adventure park just a short drive away, where my children enjoyed zip-lining among beautiful trees. Another highlight was our visit to the Fattoria del Teso, where we indulged in local produce and embraced the region's agricultural heritage. The staff's friendliness made us feel welcome, as they attended to our needs and helped arrange a taxi to Pisa Airport, alleviating any travel stress.
